Kenyatta declared winner of Kenya’s presidential vote

NAIROBI,  (Reuters) – Uhuru Kenyatta, indicted for crimes against humanity, was declared winner of Kenya’s presidential election today, but rival Raila Odinga said he would challenge the outcome in court and asked supporters to avoid violence.
