Russia to tow crippled warship back to port after what Ukraine says was a missile hit

KYIV/LVIV, Ukraine,  (Reuters) – Russia said the crew of its Black Sea fleet flagship were evacuated today and measures were being taken to tow the stricken ship back to port, after an explosion of ammunition on board that Ukraine said was caused by a missile strike.

Britain reaches deal to resettle asylum seekers in Rwanda

DUNGENESS, England, (Reuters) – Britain could send tens of thousands of asylum seekers to Rwanda to be resettled under a new partnership, Prime Minister Boris Johnson said today as he outlined measures designed to tackle the problem of cross-Channel migration.

Biden says Russia committing genocide in Ukraine

LVIV, Ukraine,  (Reuters) – U.S. President Joe Biden said for the first time that Moscow’s invasion of Ukraine amounts to genocide, as President Vladimir Putin said Russia would “rhythmically and calmly” continue its operation and achieve its goals.
