Dear Editor,
The OECD/G20 Inclusive Frame-work on Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) is implementing a landmark reform to the international tax system, which will ensure multinational enterprises will be subject to a 15% effective minimum tax rate.
Dear Editor,
After making much ado about the selling of the now profitable hotel, with the reasoning that now is the right time, the sale is off the table, at least for now, as the bids are too low and not what was expected.
Dear Editor,
I refer to the article “Home Affairs PS was not travelling on gov’t business – Chandan-Edmond says she must go on leave” in the April 26 edition of your newspaper.
Dear Editor,
I was most disappointed to hear the Former President say, during a recent press interview, that he did not have any interest in the alleged incident in which the Indian lawyer had allegedly spat upon the African policewoman and addressed her in very insulting terms.
Dear Editor,
Here we go again, slapping at each other as we now approach local elections, with claims and counterclaims of rigging, bribery of voters, smear tactics and outright political brinkmanship, and of course, the blame game.
Dear Editor,

Dear Editor,

Dear Editor,
On behalf of the Indo-Caribbean Federation, I wish to thank everyone for their contributions to the Federation’s project that has rehabilitated the Leguan Cottage Hospital’s Delivery Room, Maternity Ward, and Waiting Area.
Dear Editor,
Now that it has been confirmed, what was known all along, that there was a shockingly brazen attempt to rig the elections, would the Order of Democracy now be handed out to those deserving individuals and groups who stood their ground and ensured the will of the people was upheld?
Dear Editor,
The objectionable narrative from Stabroek News, via its editorial headlined ‘Regional anti-corruption conference’ on April 23, 2023, serve the single purpose of feeding into the narrative of naysayers in Guyana – the usual suspects whose agenda remains unchanged and visible, conveniently enough, only when the PPP/C Administration is in Office.
