Some strengths and weaknesses of the Bell 206 helicopter

Dear Editor, While not attempting to join the healthy verbal exchange between a senior member of the government and a senior aviator on the suitability of the Bell 206 helicopters just bought by the administration, I wish to point out the principal strengths and weaknesses of the decision as a learning point as we move forward.

Why does City Hall send out these crews?

Dear Editor, Kenneth Joseph, NAACIE’s President and FITUG’s General Secretary in a letter captioned “Opposition walkout sends the wrong message to the nation” (08.03.03) attacked the Oppo-sition for walking out of parliament, saying it is sending the wrong message to the nation.
