Dear Editor, I refer to a letter purportedly written by an Abel Matthews captioned “Bishop Hammie has no congregation” (07.01.01) suggesting that the recent revelations by Mayor Hamilton Green on the “sorry state of affairs at City Hall” is the last spin of the Mayoral Dice, whatever that means.

Dear Editor, There are two factors that are absent from the analysis so far.

Dear Editor, Mr. Hackett’s letter reports that Taiwan has banned corporal punishment in schools.

Dear Editor, I would like to bring to your attention your front- page observation with photos of out of service public telephones in the Vreed-en-Hoop area (SN 21/11/2006).
