Dear Editor, Apart from several easily fixed grammatical errors across the entirety of the initial draft submitted for public comment, the “Draft Model Production Sharing Agreement for Shallow Water” is a good first version and the team should be applauded for their efforts.

Dear Editor, On the 15th of March, the Government of Guyana released its draft Model Petroleum Agreements for public scrutiny and comment/feedback within fourteen days and I would ask for clarity on the Royalty arrangement.
