Dear Editor, A few days ago I wanted to purchase something from Muneshwer’s Store on Water Street, but I could not get a parking anywhere close to the store.

Dear Editor, The emerging phenomenon of citizens,  particularly drivers, resorting to physical violence against members of the GPF, in the execution of their duties, as being seen almost daily on social media, is indeed worrying as it is pure damn nonsense (that phrase).  

Dear Editor, In the USA, we have the Trumpians, now called “election deniers”, peddling propaganda that the 2020 US elections were rigged to benefit the Democrats, despite no evidence.

Dear Editor,  Elections are very important for a functioning democracy. They facilitate democracy by allowing people to have a choice on who would govern them.

Dear Editor, I’ve been in Guyana for several weeks, and it’s been a joy to indulge in ole-time get-togethers with Guyanese of all stripes and colours.

Dear Editor, The headlines in the two Guyanese newspapers and one online entity that I read all spoke late last week of BP being awarded a one-year contract to market our oil. 

Dear Editor, Aubrey Norton wants Guyanese to ‘suck salt’ is how Minister Kwame McCoy puts it, and I add ‘to go back ‘sucking salt’ as it was in the pre-1992 era.

Dear Editor, Mr. Ravi Dev’s letter, in response to my letter questioning the correctness of his position that the opposition is stuck in the past, further demonstrates my point that it is Dev who is stuck in the past.
