Dear Editor, My attention was drawn to an invitation to the public by an organization describing itself as ‘’The Cuffy 250 Committee,’’ to a forum to be held on Sunday August 21, 2022, via many social media platforms.

Dear Editor, I am elated that Floyd Haynes has distanced himself from the ‘Cuffy 250’ forum that has chosen a topic, which is ludicrous and vexatious at its best.

Dear Editor, For some strange reason a letter was addressed to the Editor of SN of August 11 ‘seeking’ to clarify how NIS pension is calculated.

Dear Editor, When we enter into a contract we expect that whatever was agreed would be executed, whilst simultaneously holding the firm reassurance that the law would sort things out with reference only to what was agreed, should either party fail to perform or seek to evade performance.

Dear Editor, After the traffic chaos that occurred on the West Coast Berbice on Sunday, I am sure that GT’s finest are in their situation room trying to figure out how to avoid similar occurrences for the motor race event at South Dakota this weekend and the Cricket Carnival at the Stadium next month, both of which would require innovative traffic management along the other main artery which provides ingress and egress to the city, the main international airport, Linden and Lethem.
