On a recent visit to Lethem the Prime Minister declared that in order to ease the burden caused by the rising cost of living the Government would continue to subsidize electricity sold by the Lethem Power Company (LPC) to consumers and also instructed the Management of LPC not to disconnect anyone but instead work out a payment plan with defaulters.
