CCJ to deliver ruling in cross-dressing case on Tuesday

Dear Editor, On Tuesday, October 30, 2018, at 14:00 hours, Trinidad and Tobago time, Guyana’s final court of appeal, the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ), will deliver its decision in McEwan and others v Attorney General of Guyana, the case which challenged the constitutionality of a law that criminalizes wearing attire of a different gender in public for an “improper purpose.”
