Dear Editor, The recent MOU signed by President Ali is a snub of Trinidad’s capabilities.

In complete contrast to his predecessor the current President of Brazil, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, has founded his international reputation on the preservation of the rainforest and the biodiversity connected with it.
