I read with great interest the decision of Justice Ramlal and the observations of Mr KA Juman-Yassin (07.11.20) I have a few questions on the whole issue of the Chief Justice Carl Singh acting as Chancellor:-
Since his appointment as acting Chancellor was unconstitutional what effect would this have on any action/decision, administrative or otherwise he made during the period?
President Bharrat Jagdeo set the intellectual tone for the administration’s present posture on piracy in the East Berbice-Corentyne Region.
