In the struggle to see my country liberated from decades and decades of political oppression; corruption, racism, state violence and mismanagement of our nation’s resources, it is my personal decision to reject any superficial offer by President Ali to return home from the diaspora to participate in nation building.
In recent weeks a variety of suggestions have arisen for modernising voting on polling day so that ostensibly the casting of a ballot will occur faster and results will be made available quicker.
