Dear Editor, Two Court of Appeal Judges out of an uneven three, Ruled that a “majority” is half rounded up plus one apparently, There can be no half a Judge, So there can be no politically inspired Judicial fudge, As mathematically half of three rounded up plus one is three.
Now that the Guyana Court of Appeal has spoken, the no-confidence motion (NCM) case and its variegated repercussions will wend their way to the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) for final resolution.
