Dear Editor, If we as a nation are projecting for the future and what I mean if the government or opposition have any long- term plans for Guyana what they do today would certainly make or break them later.

Dear Editor, Is it sensible in action and thought or even prudent for an ambassador-designate to be making politically aligned narratives and comments, as clearly articulated in a letter on the just concluded congress?

Dear Editor,  I am writing to express my concern regarding the lack of coverage of the recent 32nd Congress of the People’s Progressive Party (PPP) in Guyana by international TV and alternative media outlets.

Dear Editor, I have admired Mr. Ian McDonald’s views over the years and his stand-out and beautiful take on Rohan Kanhai years ago was excellent and captured that great batsman perfectly.

Dear Editor  In recent weeks, Roysdale Forde has been demonstrating that side of him that many thought he did not have; he is now making it clear that he is a standup guy.

Dear Editor, As a taxi driver, I traverse the entire East Coast Demerara and spoke to numerous people every day.

Dear Editor, President Irfaan Ali is blazing the trail with his innovative leadership style which is gaining immense popularity and progressive momentum among all Guyanese, much to the chagrin of the incompetent Opposition and its mouthpieces.

Dear Editor, I am on fire for my country after witnessing the strength of our party over the last weekend when we held our 32nd Congress.

The growth and movement of the world’s population are continuing to engage the attention of the United Nations (UN), particularly in the context of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) and their 2030 achievement date, which becomes increasingly unattainable owing mostly to conflict and greed.

Dear Editor In a functioning democracy, the relationship between government and its citizens should be one of mutual respect, especially when it comes to addressing the concerns of vital professions such as teaching and nursing. 

Dear Editor, I’ve got something on my mind that I just can’t shake regarding the allocation of house lots in Essequibo or lack thereof.

Dear Editor, The critique posited by Roysdale in his recent letter about President Irfaan Ali’s dancing at the PPP/C congress is, frankly, a case of misplaced priorities and a gross misunderstanding of what truly affects the dignity of a democracy.
