International referees course opens today

Approximately 30 FIFA accredited local referees and assistant referees as well as national referees and assistant referees will attend a FIFA sponsored Referees Assistance Programme (RAP) held in collaboration with the Guyana Football Federation (GFF) and the Guyana Football Referees Council (GFRC).
