By Marlon Munroe After almost a year away from the track, race car driver Mark Vieira has signalled his intentions to return for the Guyana Motor Racing & Sports Club’s (GMR&SC) Guyana Race of Champions meet scheduled for March 28 at the South Dakota Circuit, Timehri.

Yesterday in the board room of Diamond Fire and General Insurance Company  the second annual Berbice Cricket Board (BCB) organized Inter-Association Under-19 Competition was officially launched A total of $350,000 was pumped into the staging of the tournament which  bowls off in April and which will include teams from West Berbice, New Amsterdam/Canje, Lower Corentyne and Central/Upper Corentyne.
