Softball tourney gets rolling Saturday

Thirty two teams will begin their quest for top honours this weekend at the commencement of the Guyana Softball and Windball Cricket Association (GS&WCA) sponsored 15-15 tapeball cricket tournament at the GS&WCA ground on Carifesta Avenue.

The Giftland Office Max All-Stars eased past the GT&T IM2GO North Ruimveldt team by 15 points (70-55) as the Georgetown Inter-Ward tournament officially came to an end on Saturday evening at the Cliff Anderson Sports Hall.
