Australia lift seventh World Cup after Healy’s heroics

CHRISTCHURCH, New Zealand, CMC – Alyssa Healy struck a colossal 170 and created history along the way to Australia Women winning their seventh ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup title, with a 71-run victory over England yesterday.

The CARIFTA Games bound athletes yesterday showed up and showed out, recording scintillating performances at the Athletics Association of Guyana (AAG) ‘Super Champs’ staged at the National Track and Field Centre. 

Arsenal, Chelsea both win big as WSL title race hots up

LEICESTER, England, (Reuters) –  Chelsea and Arsenal both enjoyed resounding 5-0 wins in the Women’s Super League yesterday as the Blues regained their two-point lead at the top of the table by thrashing Reading after Arsenal hammered Leicester City earlier in the day.

The Golden Jaguars U16 boys squad will leave local shores on April 16th for Bosnia and Herzegovina to participate in a UEFA organized friendly tournament, and head-coach Vurlon Mills has declared the sojourn as a monumental opportunity for the country.
